Alfred State College, Mohawk Valley Community College, Syracuse University, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 43, and the National Electrical Contractor Association, have joined forces to build an education pathway for IBEW Local 43 members.

Upon the recommendation of the State University of New York Chancellor Deborah F. Stanley, the SUNY Board of Trustees appointed Dr. Steven A. Mauro as President of Alfred State College (ASC).
