Nadjadi earned the rank of Staff Sergeant in the United State Army prior to his retirement. He is currently a deputy in the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.

“Adding the Peace Officer training course was a natural fit after the passing of legislation that required probation officers to be certified. There is a demand for this type of training, and we are happy to provide it.”
The Alfred State Police Academy will welcome their fifth class in May. The academy is designed to serve cadets pre-employment (Phase I) and employed (Phase II) while earning the Division of Criminal Justice Service Basic Course for Police Officers Certificate.
