The Center for Academic Resources and Excellence (C.A.R.E.) empowers you to reach your educational, personal, and professional goals. We provide individual student development centered around your academic needs through a variety of services like academic advising, tutoring, mentoring, and more.
In addition to the support provided by your assigned or faculty advisor, the Academic Advising Center will assist you in being an active, responsible learner by taking advantage of the opportunities the college provides.

Alfred State provides many different ways for students to find tutoring services or supplemental instruction. From peer tutoring to the supplemental instruction series, we are here to support you academic challenges.
