The Alfred State College (ASC) Culinary Arts department will host a take-out barbecue dinner on Sept. 21 at the Culinary Arts Building on the Wellsville campus. Proceeds of the event will benefit the program’s scholarship fund.
The dinner will include:
- Smoked BBQ Baby Back Ribs (half rack)
- Salt Potatoes
- Corn on the Cob
- Dinner Roll
- Cookie
The cost of the dinner is $15 (cash or check only). Dinners will be available for pick up from 3 – 5:30 p.m. (or until sold out) at the Culinary Arts Building (2530 River Rd., Wellsville, NY 14895).
