Nine senior nursing capstone projects were on very public display recently as Alfred State College’s nursing seniors conducted their annual health fair in the academic quad. This year’s topics included the benefits of physical fitness; eat your colors every day; sexual responsibility; mental health; vehicle safety; water conservation; preventing alcohol and substance abuse; be wise, immunize; and let’s kick butt (tobacco). Each team of students was required to create a brochure, a poster, and a game on their topic to inform attendees in a unique way.
