The Alfred State Culinary Arts department will host a spaghetti take-out dinner on Nov. 16 to benefit the family of Derek Correa.
The dinner will include spaghetti with meatballs, Italian bread, a side salad with Italian vinaigrette, and a cookie.
The cost of the dinner is $15 (cash or check only). Dinners will be available for pick up from 3 – 5:30 p.m. (or until sold out) at the Culinary Arts Building (2530 River Rd., Wellsville, NY 14895).
The campus is rallying support for Derek while he is hospitalized after being assaulted. His family has set up a Go Fund Me page where donations are accepted.
