ASC architecture students present Wellsville redesign concepts

Alfred State students meet with representatives in Wellsville. They recently presented projects for redesigning Wellsville at the David A. Howe Library.

Alfred State architecture students presented their plans for "A Modern Connection to the Historic Village" at the David A. Howe Library in Wellsville. More than 45 students were involved in developing plans for Downtown Wellsville.

Department chair William Dean along with professors Matt DiRado and Alan Vlakancic led the students in this project. 

The department has done similar projects in the past with other local villages, Andover, Bolivar, Caneadea, Belfast, Belmont, and Fillmore.
