SKILLS YOU'LL LEARN

In culinary arts, you’ll gain hands-on experience in food production and master food safety standards. You’ll prepare institutional meals in a production lab, serve guests in The Refinery Restaurant, and learn hospitality management, all while developing skills for commercial kitchens, upscale dining, and creative culinary careers.
