Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Time is neutral, it can be used either constructively or destructively.”

As we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. King, I encourage the Alfred State community to find ways to make a difference to those around us. Look for ways to use your time to assist others on campus, in our local community, or around the world.

Dr. King’s core values of respect, integrity, service and dedication are still guiding principles and mirror our college’s Principles of Community.
