In healthcare management, you’ll study team dynamics, leadership, and facility operations while applying problem-solving and decision-making skills. You’ll analyze employment law, strengthen communication, and practice financial and statistical analysis. Training also includes accounting methods and healthcare marketing, preparing you to manage people, resources, and strategy in today’s healthcare organizations.
